I love planning and ensuring things are done on time, by the correct person, so I can take your projects from concept to a full plan, including all the tasks that need to be done, by whom, and by when, showing any inter-dependencies, to ensure the project is delivered correctly and to time.

The other essential part of project planning is the figures side of things, from the budgets that need to allocated and then tracked, to the metrics that need to be monitored to ensure the project is delivering what it set out to do. With my background in engineering, it will come as no surprise that I also love numbers!!!
