Process Development

From my time in the manufacturing industry and beyond, I’ve always appreciated the benefit of well written instructions to enable a task to be done correctly each time it is completed, no matter who is following the instructions! As I’ve gradually handed over more repetitive tasks to other contractors/staff with existing clients, generally after creating the process mysef, I’ve further honed my skills in this area, and am able to come in, and either create new procedures as part of a bigger project, or create Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for existing tasks the team or Business Owner carry out.
